We want you to get the most from your educational experience. These courses are intended to give you the best possible business education and value. We understand that refunds may be needed.
If you cannot attend your prepaid course, for any reason, please let us know via email, at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled course. Please clearly state your scheduled course topic, scheduled date and request for refund. A refund will be issued within 72 hours. Any future course attendance will require reenrollment.
Should you give notice of your inability to attend your course, with less than 24 hours advance notice, this will result in forfeiture of a refund for your course fee. This is because course attendance is limited, and we cannot find a replacement student to fill your absence on short notice.
If you forfeit your refund, you may still retain credit to attend a future course. You may elect to reschedule your course for another date, or another course topic, and attend at that future time. It is your responsibility to email us and select your preferred future course topic and date.
